* Current Business

Some comments had been raised on bug 1234. We discussed briefly and decided that 
no change is needed to the existing interpretation, and we should let the current
timer continue to run.

Bug 1294: POSIX recognizes the existence of dynamically loadable, executable object files, but provides no way of producing them. OPEN
