Objective of Meeting
The objective of the meeting was to review the work in progress in relation to the harmonization of the standards. Several topics were discussed in order to take decisions related to the deliverables and the project roadmap.
Summary
- Introduction and welcome (discuss purpose, background, scope, and expected outcome of this session)
- Overview of current activities and progress made during the quarter
- Brief review of the work done by the two teams: Guidance on using The Open Group TOGAF® and IT4IT standards together and also to deliver the IT4IT Reference Architecture using The Open Group ArchiMate standard as a modeling notation
- Attendees provided their feedback; the input was recorded and it will be considered in the work in progress
- Specific actions were defined in relation to the working plan to move forward with the project activities: approach and deliverables
Outputs
- Specific recommendations and actions to be fulfilled by the team and the corresponding deliverables
- Detailed meeting minutes and list of consent items and open actions
Next Steps
- Follow up on the actions defined in the meeting and provide support for the groups to continue the work
- Commit to the different activities of the work streams based on the work in progress and the recommendations delivered during the session
