Digital /Business Transformation advisor. During more than 30 years of professional experience the focus of my work has been on EA approach and project management, leadership, organization, and personal development. During my professional activity I have been bearing responsibility in several roles as interim manager, (top-) management consultant, and project and sub project leader. I was responsible for the Saudi government Enterprise Architecture to align with KSA 2030 vision, enable and increase maturity of Saudi government employees for transformation programs and business architecture , as practice owner for 7+ years, during this time I developed and aligned the global TOGAFÒ framework and localized EA toolkit and accelerators for Business Transformation Services. In addition, I initiated my own Arabic accelerators (complied with Systems implementation methodologies) also developed/customized benefits realization and KPI’s to be suited to rollout projects. I am also the author of several templates and accelerators for strategy, risk management and survey, project managers coaching and leadership managements.
