9. Publishing a Problem Report

When a Final resolution to a Problem Report has been determined, the submitter is notified and the report published. This is done using the Publish Report screen.

To publish a report a confirmation button must be clicked. The submitter will be notified by email.

A published report may be the subject of an appeal at any time
