The ArchiMate Forum Cannes members' meeting was held on Wednesday April 25, 2012 in conjunction with The Open Group Conference and Member Meetings.
There were six voting members attending the member meeting – five were present and one attended via WebEx.
The Forum Chair presented an update on the status of the Forum including the roadmap. It was agreed that the Forum should continue to investigate UML-ArchiMate mapping/transformation and the need for resourcing the effort.

The Officers asked the members to bring forth any case studies highlighting different industries using ArchiMate for Forum review.
The Insurance Industry Reference Model project provided a status report. The re-written White Paper describing Using ArchiMate with TOGAF ACF is in formal review.
The generic translation glossary has finished formal review and six change requests have been received. The ArchiMate members will be meeting in early May to create the proposed recommendation for the change requests.
The ArchiMate Forum will look into creating a survey to send to members asking which projects they will support with people. The Officers know the success to the projects is with getting additional members to be interested and volunteer.
The format of the member meetings will change to include member spotlights on what they are accomplishing with the ArchiMate 2.0 standard.
The Chair and Vice Chair will be discussing engagement with the Archi tool community in early May.
