Objective of Meeting

The main goal of the meeting was to present and discuss the TOGAF Standard backlog. This list describes the set of requirements that had been identified as a product of market feedback as key to be addressed for future versions of the standard.
The mechanism proposed to define priorities for the items was presented and discussed.

Summary

The meeting started with a presentation delivered by the Forum Vice-Chair in relation to the backlog list and the prioritization mechanism currently defined. Feedback was received from attendees in relation to the backlog list and the categorization approach defined. It was agreed that members’ engagement is key in order to deliver the content. Agreements were defined on how to move forward with the results of this assessment.

  • Feedback received from Forum members in relation to the approach and backlog structure
  • Agreements and actions defined related to the process and how to use the results proposed to engage members in the different activities

Next Steps

  • Follow up the agreed actions defined in the session
  • Continue with the backlog assessment and actions following the agreements reached
