This FAQ is to help explain the Create User feature within the Sophocles Mail Manager .

What is Create User for ?
This is not a permitted operation. All users are created elsewhere in the corporate registration system and records held in the corporate CRM.
How long does it take a record to sync to Sophocles?
Typically 15 minutes.
