Please follow the instructions below.
1- Prepare for Certification by reading the following documents:
- O-TTPS (Standard)
- O-TTPS Management Guide
- Certification Policy
- Conformance Requirements
- Conformance Statement
- Organizational Contacts Form
- Certification Agreement
- Certification Trademark License Agreement (TMLA)
- Self-Assessed Guidance document - for Self-Assessed only
- Implementation Selection Criteria Application (ISCA) Document – required for Third-Party Assessed only
- Certification Package Document – required for Third-Party Assessed only
2- Register for an O-TTPS Certification.
3- The Certification Authority will:
- Review the information, legal documents and ISCA document submitted
- Provide feedback and/or approve
- Send an invoice according to the information provided on the Registration and the applicable certification fee.
4- Complete the documentation and share with the assessor.
5- The assessor performs the assessment and submits the documentation.
6- The Certification Authority will review the entire applicant submission and notify the Organization in writing of the outcome of the certification process.
7- If successful the Certification Authority will issue the Certification certificate and update the Certification Registry.
