The Open Group provides market-driven education and certification programs to ensure that individuals have knowledge and understanding of our vendor-neutral, open standards.
Holding a certification from The Open Group increases job and salary prospects for candidates and provides confidence to employers and prospective employers that the candidate has the demonstrable level of knowledge required.
The Open Group offers the following examinations leading to certification as shown below and also listed with exam codes at Pearson VUE. Individuals achieve certification in a program by first passing the applicable examination(s) and then completing the certification process, including accepting the legal terms and conditions of the program, in the applicable online certification system.
All examinations are available in English. Some examinations may be available in languages other than English or with an English as a Second Language (ESL) option.
