Objective of Meeting
The objective of the meeting with the WIB (Netherlands-based Process Automation Users' Association) was to provide an overview of the Forum, its goals, objectives, and activities, including a technical description of the O-PAS Standard, Version 1.0.
Summary
This was an information sharing session with a number of prominent, Netherlands-based end users of Process Automation Operations Technology (OT). The overview presented by the Forum included both Business and Technology aspects of the work of the Forum and was followed by a lively Q&A session.
Next Steps
There were no formal agreed next steps, but given the interest expressed in the Q&A session, there will be continued informal communications as needed between the Forum and the WIB.
