Objective of Meeting

The main goal of the meeting was to discuss the impact on the TOGAF® Ecosystem due to the evolution of the standard and also to present the approach that will be followed in the rest of the sessions in relation to the improvements proposed for the standard.

Summary

The meeting started with a welcome from the Forum Chair.

Mike Lambert, Forum Chair delivered a presentation of the impact in the TOGAF Ecosystem due to the proposed improvements in the standard, explaining the different components that would be impacted and how to address the changes.

After this, the Chair presented a proposed approach to handle the assessment of the changes received to improve the standard to be used as the base for the rest of the meetings organization.

At the end of the meeting it was agreed to keep track of the changes in the ecosystem and take the proper actions when the final improvements had been agreed. The plan for the rest of the week was also agreed.
