Architecture Forum Meetings Summary

Objective of Meeting
The main goal of the meeting was to discuss the topics relevant for the Architecture Forum and to follow up on the different activities from the working groups. The meeting also aimed to make important decisions about the TOGAF® standard and its evolution.
Summary
The following topics were covered in the meeting:
- Welcome and general introduction and attendees presentation
- Forum strategy presentation and summary of the work done over the quarter
- Project scorecard overview presentation and discussion
- Business reports were presented: certification, publications, membership status
- The officers of the Certification Standing Committee delivered their report
- The TOGAF Ecosystem report evolution was presented by the Forum Chair
- The leaders of the different working activities delivered their reports: progress, approach, deliverables, and matters of the Forum; decisions were defined in relation to the activities
- Forward planning for the Amsterdam event
- Approval for the different working activities to continue
- Open actions and consent items review
Outputs
- Detailed meeting minutes and list of consent items and open actions to support the current activities and key decisions about the different working activities and the TOGAF® standard evolution
- Specific actions to review and define a strategy and vision for the Forum
- High-level planning for the Amsterdam members' meetings
Next Steps
- Follow up on the consent items and open actions
- Support the key decisions taken in the sessions, especially the ones related to the evolution of the standard
- Proper planning for the Amsterdam event
